We use a ticket support system to handle our customer inquiries and to support our service helpdesk. In this way, we can work with you to achieve a centralized order and thus shorter throughput times.

In order to guarantee a smooth and timely processing of your support request, always log in with your personal access data in the ticket system.
The more clearly and comprehensibly you formulate your ticket description, the faster your request can be processed. Your console gives you an overview of all your tickets (Open, In Progress, Waiting for Users, Track, Closed, Archived).
